Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

Who is the PAC?

• Each and every parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the school is a member of the Parent Advisory Council.  You all have a voice, a say, and a part, in the work we do together, for and with the school.  Our PAC Executive Council administers the formalities of the PAC and oversees the activities and programs our school community runs.

 What does the PAC do?

• Together our PAC community plans fun activities for our children, fundraisers for tools and resources to better our children's education, discuss some of the challenges and issues our school faces, and support parent involvement within the school.

 How do I get involved?

• Join us at our meetings every *first Wednesday* of the month at 6:00pm in the school library and be a part of what we do.  If you are unable to make it to the meetings, contact us to chat about how you can be involved.  We want to include everyone who wants to be involved.  Everyone is welcome!

 Why should I be involved with the PAC?

• Parent involvement makes a difference - whether it is through giving feedback on education or fundraising to better the school's resources.  It all makes a difference in your child's educational experience.  Participating in the PAC is also a great way to make new friends and get involved in your community.

HELP!

• We cannot put on fun events or fundraise for our school without the help of volunteers.  More hands make less work for everyone.  Any help is needed and greatly appreciated.  If you can help out in any way, PLEASE indicate your interests and availability by e-mailing or messaging us and share any NEW ideas you may have! 

We hope you can all join us in whatever capacity you can.
